Eversince we visited Hanoi some years ago, hubby has been wanting to eat Pho Bo (beef noodle soup). But the ones that hubby tried here in Singapore leaves much to be desired.
But finally, we found a place that serves the Pho Bo that it should be like in Vietnam.
Hubby of cos had the Pho Bo. I don't eat beef so I can only rely on hubby's comments.
As have mentioned earlier, authentic Pho Bo.
I had the Pork Cutlet set. It is not bad but not as nice as I once had in a Vietnames restaurant at Marina Square which later shifted to the grounds next to Plaza Singapura. Think it's called 'Mai' or something like that, though I don't think it's there anymore.
Don't be fooled by the pics of the spring-rolls - they are pretty small in size.
Trung Nguyen drop-coffee. Hubby's comment : not as thick as in Vietnam but still good.
