What is HAARP?
High Frequency Active Auroral Research Programme (HAARP) is a project that aims to investigate "understanding, stimulate and control ionospheric processes that can alter the performance of communication and surveillance systems".
Where is HAARP?
The official HAARP facility is located in Gakuna, Alaska.
The site consists of a collection of antennae, arranged in a computer-controlled grid, known as a "phased array".
A phased array has the ability to focus radion signals in a precise direction, without the necessity ot furning the antennae.
Modern radar systems no longer use the revolving dish that we have come to recognize.
The new radar antennae, which rely on phased arrays, look more like the flat screen of a drive-in movie, speckled with small umbrella-like antennae in neat rows.
The phased array in HAARP is not a radar, but it uses some of the same extremely high frequencies to focus a powerful radion beam to specific locations in the Earth's ionosphere.
Who is using HAARP?
Project was undertaken jointly by the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy Force, and the University of Alaska.
The Function of HAARP?
The purpose of this program is for more advance in the study of physical and electrical properties of the earth that can be used in future military communications easier.
HAARP shoots large amounts of electro-magnetic energy up into the higher regions of earth's atmosphere (ionosphere) which then acts like a huge mirror and reflects the energy back down and deep into the earth's surface
The beams can be aimed to direct high amounts of energy to enter the earth or beneath the oceans. HAARP can be used like radar or sonar to find underground installations or to find minerals - like oil for instance - beneath the earth's surface.
But other than that, HAARP can also set the weather through the ionosphere, such as making rain, storms, tsunamis, and many are still unknown.
If the beam is focused long enough into an area where two or more of the earth's tectonic plates meet, the resulting vibrations can cause the plates to slip - thus an earthquake can occur.
The HAARP power transmission towers are designed to generate power in such a way that it is beamed up into the ionosphere in tremendous quantities.
It is made to beam more than 1.7gigawatts (billion watts) of radiated power into the ionosphere - the electrically charged layer above Earth's atmosphere. Put simply, the apparatus is a reversal of a radio telescope - just transmitting instead of receiving. It will
'boil the upper atmosphere'.
From this northern latitude, the energy could be aimed into the ionosphere so that it would bounce back down to the earth so it would come down wherever the scientists wanted it to come down. The secret was to learn how and where to aim it to hit the earth where they wanted it to hit, creating the type of disaster or weather they desired.
In a nutshell, this is the nucleus of the expertise just recently acquired to control the weather. By pouring measured energy that has been focused into certain parts of the ionosphere, scientists can create all kinds of weather like hurricanes, thunderstorms, floods, tornadoes and drought and even earthquakes.
Keep that thought in mind as we examine still more aspects of this HAARP technology that is pouring such enormous quantities of energy into our upper atmosphere. Researches quickly found that this technology could be used in ways other than just to control the weather. They discovered they had stumbled upon a weapon which could be used most effectively, to destroy, destroy, and destroy some more, with the vast majority of the people of the world completely unaware of what was happening to them. After all, most people today still believe that the control of the basic weather of this planet is out of the control of mankind.
The greatest concern is that scientists and the military are so very arrogant in their ignorant, reckless use of focused energy into the ionosphere. What if they set off an inintended reaction in the atmosphere that cannot be controlled or stopped?
In conclusion, if HAARP is used for good purposes, there would be no real problem. But testing HAARP cause climate change and the earth element becomes unstable, which will also accelerate the process of global warming.

But some believes HAARP is not the actual facility designed to be used as a military system but a "front" or "red herring" facility which allows the authorities to deny important questions about its purpose and operations. Some believes that the real facility is located in Poker Flats, North of Fairbanks, Alaska.)
