Hilton Sentral, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

02 - 04 March 2012

Hubby had to attend a conference in Kuala Lumpur and Eugene and me tagged along.

We wanted Eugene to experience his first plane trip.

A nice captain showed him the cockpit after landing.

Taking the shuttle train to the immigration.

Our hotel room at the Hilton, Kuala Lumpur.
Hmm... just a normal hotel room to me lor. Yes, the room is very clean and have good amenities but to me, it lack character.
It looks like any other hotel rooms.

The view from our room.

Eugene was just fascinated by this 2 round balls. They're at the lift lobby. Eugene kept saying that they're meteorites, ha ha.

Another view of our hotel - from ground up.

We have to pass thru a man-made tunnel to get to the pool, passing by a small waterfall.

Unfortunately the Hilton pool is under renovation (they are making a longer slide) and so we had to use the Le Meridien pool.

Eugene definitely had a good time playing ball with 3 bikini babes and a guy.

Eugene was hitting the ball like a net-ball player - with open palm as well as clenched fist.

Clowning around with mommy.

Had our dinner at this nice Japanese restaurant at the hotel.

Photo taken by Eugene.

I didn't go and do any kind of shopping. At the mid-valley mall, it's the same brand as in Singapore except of cos the local brands like Vincci(not sure but I think they have Vincci in Singapore too), Padini and Seed.

We found this great Italian restaurant at The Garden Mall next to Mid-Valley mall.

On the KLIA Express to the airport for our journey back home to Singapore.

I think I was more excited for Eugene to experience a plan ride than Eugene himself.
Look at the sky, the clouds, the scenery below - I said to Eugene.
What response do I get?
An obligatory look see from him.

He was more interested in the safety pamplet in front of his seat. He was asking me what all the symbols mean - by the time I finised, it was time to land!

Eugene definitely prefer the train. I think it's because he dont' have to be shackled to the seat and am free to move about.
And there're more things to look at out of the window.

"I prefer the train"
