One of my friend was raving about the Snake in Chinatown.
Wah, rather impressive leh. Such a long Snake.
Quite surprised that there's a TinTin shop here.
We have been stuffing our face with 'yu-sheng' and ........
this one in Chinatown was the best that we have ever tasted. The veggies was crisp but not dry and the sauce was light.
I kaypoh and went to see what kind of plum sauce they use but apparently the chef concoct his own - it's not like those that most usually gives, where the plum sauce is thick. This one was light and runny.
Even though it was rather pricey, it was definitely worth it.
