We had wanted to visit the Central Fire Station for the longest time but always somehow never managed to get round to it.
Well, we told ourselves that we will visit it!
All the kids had fun with this as everybody got wet.
Boy ah, this is a walkie-talkie not a phone.
Looking at the different kind of water hoses. It's pretty heavy.
Eugene had the most fun with this. You actually get to turn on and off the water hose. Simulating fighting a fire.
Civil Defence Heritage Gallery
Fire-Engines from the past.
Don't forget to go up to the 2nd level where there are more stuff to see and do.
That's hubby being thermal scanned by Eugene.
I like this red winding staircase.
It was very hot that day but it was tremendously fun for the kids.
All SCDF's fire stations, except Jurong Island Fire Station, offer open house on every Saturday from 9.00 am to 11.00 am. The tour of the fire station generally takes about an hour.
