This is a hidden gem of a place !
It is so hard to find the laid back atmosphere here in built-up Singapore that we were glad to have found this corner of Singapore.
There are other dining options besides Belly View which offer tze-char dishes. There is one offering western food and another offering Indonesian.
Please note : the prices here are on the ex side.
The tze-char dishes at Belly View are at least 3-4 dollars more than you pay at a normal tze-char stall in a coffee-shop.
My sis-in-law came on another day and tried the western food and exclaimed that it was very ex.
Why is it called Belly View? I guess that's because you can see the belly of the planes that flies overhead every few minutes !
It was a moon-lit night.
Nice atmosphere though food is on the pricey side.
